lovely smell rooftop bar helpful staff
The hotel smelled AMAZING as I walked in. The rooftop bar provided preferential views for hotel guests and looked so nice. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfy!!!
The elevators seemed a little snug.

I appreciated the superb staff. They were helpful. the rooms were very clean. the location proved to be the absolute best for accessing many destinations.
the combination of a short shower screen with a rainfall shower head resulted in water spillage onto the bathroom floor. it was a minor inconvenience..

the staff was attentive. i received preferential access and seating in the terrace bar. i had a very spacious executive room, well equipped for my multi-day stay.
the rooms had no art on the walls. the desks were too close to the bed. it made moving around the room difficult.

The hotel was clean. It was also stylish. The rooftop bar offered drinks and tapas. Access to it was free for hotel guests, and there was no queue. The staff was attentive, they noted my wife's birthday, and a surprise cake was in the room with a handwritten letter. We also got a complimentary transfer service to the airport at check-out. This saved us money and time.

I loved the staff. They were VERY helpful and courteous. The location is fantastic for attractions, dining, and shopping. The rooftop bar offers the BEST view of the city skyline and the cathedral.
The hotel felt a bit dated. The service could use some improvement, I THINK. My bathroom wasn't great at all. The shower took a long time to heat up. The rainfall shower head caused some flooding in the bathroom
